Luca Marceglia's
big life
The chronicles of all the world remember one year in particular:
during the first days of the month of April, 1971, in fact, a big glow lightened
the night of Belluno: Luca Marceglia, at 00.45, was born!
After saying his first words, typically "Mommy", after walking miles
and miles at four legs all around the house, at three Luca already could count
from 1 to 20, and at six he typewrote the letters to be sent to Santa Claus and
S. Nicolò, a local Italian feast on December, 6. One year before, he was
given his first Donald-Duck clock, and that clock, really working despite his
age, was his pride: a lot of girls came asking what time it was... Then, school
slew down his mythical intellectual skilfulness.
Now? After attending the Scientific Gym, I studied Telecommunications Engineering and graduated in March, 2000.
In the meanwhile, beside cycling, I found interest in the foreign tongues (English,
German, Spanish), in the computers and in travels. In Bologna, of course, I
don't live only for the study! I met a lot of friends, especially since I attended
a self-defence course (watch out, so, not to make me get angry!) and a Salsa
& Merengue one. On the 23-04-1998 my nephew Martina was born, so that I'm
uncle for the first time! In that period, I was in Vigo
for the Socrates/Erasmus project which lasted from the 04.09.1997 to mid of
June, 1998.
